The ISO-TOP is attached below closely all around with hook-and-loop fastener: attach the enclosed self-adhesive frieze band all around the lower aluminum frame of the gaiter, in a way that it is placed right underneath the entrance of the gaiter.
Attaching the upper fixation at the rear end: glue a fitting tape of frieze band onte the upper back end of the varnished aluminum roof and firmyl press it down.

Attaching the upper fixation at the front of the electrohydraulic operated pop-up roof: five hook-and-loop fastener pads are inserted into the gap of the roof lining with the hook part, the loop part remains outside
The pads remain in the gap permanently (and can only be removed with force and minor damage to the interior lining).

One looptape is attached to the farthest pad and the first (from front to rear) eyelet of the child-safety net with its smaller hook part.
The second looptape is attached between the two eyelets of the serial child-safety net with its hook part.
The third looptape is attached to the eyes of the serial child-safety net and the fabric hemstitch of the rear batten: The plastic part, which is sewn onto the ISO-TOP, is inserted from the top into the hemstitch and pushed down into it.
Be careful while inserting it and make sure that the hemstitch is not put under tension to avoid the loosening of the rear seams of the hemstitch.

At the back ISO-TOP is additionally attached on the top with hook-and-loop fastener.: a fitting piece of frieze band has to be glued onto the upper back end of the varnished aluminium roof and firmly pressed down. In the corner region four round (Ø 2 cm) frieze band pieces are attached on each side.
Directly in the corner the ISO-TOP material is pulled under the roof lining, so that it fits around the edges of the lining.

FLYOUT for ISO-TOP MK VI for the VW T6.1 / T6 California with pop-up roof with big front opening
The front opening of the ISO-TOP MK VI can be removed and swapped with the FLYOUT mosquito net for ISO-TOP MK VI, which prevents the intrusion of birds through the big front opening in the pop-up roof and complicates the intrusion of insects considerably.
Perfect view outwards: the mosquito net is black in colour and therefore almost “invisible”.
Attention! FLYOUT mosquito net for ISO-TOP MK VI for California VW T6 with front opening must be removed when closing the pop-up roof.
