The folding bed is extended over the bed and offers more comfort whilst sleeping - the division of the individual parts is chosen in a way that the the edges of the 2-seater bench are not perceptible. The flame-retardant automobile normed foam can be removed if the original Marco Polo fabric cover needs to be cleaned.

The iXTEND folding bed consists of three parts and can be stowed away on the rear bed cushion of the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo (2014 –>).
If required, it can be unfolded forward with a flick of the wrist.

All iXTEND folding beds can be flipped over and folded to the backrest of the 2 seater bench of the Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo in a way that a big storage or lying area is create without gaps. Practical to use as a storage area for luggage on the rear cushion but also as an easily reachable baby bed or a big lying area for a dog.

The iXTEND folding bed for Marco Polo has a standard mounting for easy fixation on the headrests of the backrest.

Two pieces of iXTEND can be folded to the backrest and be fixed on the headrests.

iXTEND foamcore: A special combination of cold-cure foam, which is adjusted to the underground of the vehicle and the bodyweight of a person.
The lower area is firmer, so that all edges, gaps, joins and even the safety locks of the bench are covered and not perceptible.
The upper area is softer, so that the foam adapts well to the body and supports it comfortably.

The new iXTEND fitted sheets are developed for the iXTEND folding bed of the Mercedes-Benz V-Class Marco Polo (2014 –>) and fit precisely.

The new, very comfortable iXTEND folding bed is specially developed for Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo HORIZON and fits all Vito and V-Class, that are equiped with the Mercedes-Benz "sleeping-package, code V9B". The "sleeping package" includes a 3-seater bench (not 2-seater bench + single seat) and a bed extension, so that a plain lying area can be used to put the iXTEND upon.

With iXTEND it is possible to use the room on the 3-seater bench right to the tailgate and ensures high sleeping comfort - the single parts of the iXTEND are divided so that the edges of the 3-seater bench are covered.

The flame-retardant foam meets automotive standards and can be removed, when the Marco Polo original fabric of the iXTEND cover has to be cleaned.

The foam combination consists of two cold-cure foam layers, that offer a very comfortable sleeping surface.
