With AIR-SAFE the tailgate window can be kept open aprox. 10 cm quickly and easily and at the same time be locked.
AIR-SAFE is simply hooked into the closure bail as an elongation of the original catch. AIR-SAFE is available for all Mercedes Benz tailgates of the V-Class and is made of stainless high-grade steel (V2A).

AIR-SAFE may only be used while stationary and not with electric-operated tailgate, because it is necessary to close the tailgate manually to insert the AIR-SAFE correctly.
