The folding bed is extended over the bed and offers more comfort whilst sleeping - the division of the individual parts is chosen in a way that the the edges of the 2-seater bench are not perceptible, also the safety locks are padded.

The flame resistant foam that is normed to the automotive standards can be removed easily if the VW original fabric cover has to be cleaned. The fabric can be washed in a programme for wool at 30°C.
