VARIOTENT®

The VARIOTENT SYSTEM is the most versatile and only front tent system which has been specially developed and manufactured down to the smallest detail for camper vans.
The new VARIOTENT offers all that is required: freestanding tent; large roof, approx. 2.50 x 3.00 m (l x w); roof and rear section can be used individually as awning without the scaffold; effective area max. 3.50 x 3.00 m
(l x w = measured from the front wall to the vehicle); floor space with closed rear plane approx. 3.50 x 2.60 m (l x w) = 9.1 m² covered space; everywhere headroom, door height approx. 1.90 m; all tent walls
can be set up and completely disassembled from the roof etc..
Best protection from storm: all around the tent guys from the roof plus anti-fluttering guys protect VARIOTENT;
furthermore, wind-safe, water-repellent external ground straps. The attachment is possible to all vehicles
with sliding door and rain water gutter or TOP-RAIL as well as others (also caravans with piping) with roof
height up to 2.75 m and/or door height up to 2.30 m (measured from the ground).
Attachment length at the vehicle: 2.50 m Docking possibility for vans/cars which are parked in shadow under a “carport”.
Also the VARIOTENT is best quality “Made in Germany”.

The tent roof is attached to the vehicle and then unfurled over the scaffold. In stormy conditions, you can already guy the ropes now. Next, the tent walls are attached with a zipper to the roof and to each other, and finally fastened to the ground – ready!
Thereby, you have a protecting roof right from the beginning and, when disassembling the tent, right to the end. This is especially practical in rain.

The side walls can be put up and disassembled by one person only without difficulty. Each side wall can be stored individually either folded or rolled up.
Therefore, VARIOTENT doesn’t need to be carried or stored in one big and heavy piece.

VARIOTENT® KABRIO ORIEL

VARIOTENT can be enlargened with a spacious oriel.
The oriel offers an additional large lounge. It can be closed or opened above if one likes to sunbathe in peace. In rain, children have a protected area to play.
The mounting is very simple: put up the middle part of the right tent side wall; next, the individual oriel walls are attached with zipper, conected to each other and guyed to the ground – ready!
With more than approx. 13 m2, VARIOTENT plus CABRIO-ORIEL offer the absolutely biggest interior space!
Pack sizes can be varried according to your loading space.

All side walls can be put up, even five at the same time. Thus, you always can have shade independent of the position of the sun.
Each oriel wall can be used as awning or removed individually.
Each oriel wall can be used individually, e.g. you can put up the side wall of the tent (roof of oriel)
and attach as many oriel walls for wind protection as you want or/and put them up as additional
awnings etc.
In addition, the front wall of the oriel can be rolled aside which creates a further and very large entrance at the front.

A further unique function of VARIOTENT for vehicles with normal roof: the back wall can be put up as an awning and used as a carport for vans/ cars. Even the side sluice adapts this function. And you can move the car at any time.
This function is especially of advantage for Multivan (UK: Caravelle), Caddy and passenger cars with large capacity.

The oriel roof can be rolled aside like a convertable top!
Thereby, the oriel walls can be put up or completely closed if you want to sunbathe in the wind’s eye.
This open court yard is also useful for cooking: vapours and odours evaporate quickly.

The windows with integrated mosquito net have an additional plastic protective cover which can be closed, rolled or put up.

The back wall has very many utile functions.
The back wall can be let down stepless and used as a wind break to protect from the draught coming from under the vehicle. It can be rolled aside, too, or safely closed and guyed to the ground even when you drive away (stormproof).
The back wall can even be removed and used in many different occasions as it can be quickly put up. For example as wind blocker for tent walls that have been put up, wind protection or awning for the beach or second awning for the side of the vehicle etc..

VARIOTENT® interior tent

The VARIOTENT interior tent can be easily aired, with large mosquito nets on opposite sides. The roof also has an additional skylight which can be closed, thus heat does not accumulate in the tent. Even a midday nap in the south midsummer is possible and one comes up well with warm nights. Even the foldable beds iXTEND fit into the interior tent.
And don’t forget: the VARIOTENT-CABRIO oriel roof can be opened! The good aeration (and the durable floor pan made of polyester textile coated on both sides) enables the usage of the interior tent even as a dining room, if too many wasps and flies are flying around outside.
